Applies to Version: v5.0 and Windows 2012 Server

Issue

If you receive the following error when trying to connect the DocuNECT Web to the DocuNECT Server in Windows 2012:

System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.
Inner Exception:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm.

Resolution

SHA512 is disabled in Windows when you use TLS 1.2
